Google for Startups Cloud Program gives pre-funded startups $2,000, funded startups up to $200,000 over two years, and AI-first startups building on Gemini up to $350,000.
What you get
- Pre-funded: '$2,000 in credits' to build an MVP
- Seed to Series A: up to $200,000 over 2 years (Year 1: 100% up to $100,000; Year 2: 20% up to an additional $100,000)
- AI-first startups: up to $350,000 (Year 1: 100% up to $250,000)
- Credits cover Google models such as Gemini and Gemma; third-party models are billed directly and not covered
- Access to Google Cloud AI experts, webinars and live Q&As
Who qualifies
- Raised Pre-Seed/Seed within the last five years, or Series A within the last 12 months
- Founded within the last five years
- Not yet received more than $5,000 in Google Cloud credits
- AI tier: uses or plans to use Gemini as a foundation of the primary product
- Scale-tier funding must be institutional/VC equity (SAFEs accepted); angel, crowdfunding, grants and friends-and-family don't qualify for scale

Good to know: Year two covers only 20% of usage. Credits pay for Google models such as Gemini and Gemma; third-party models in Model Garden are billed separately.
