Q: What counts as a credit?

Each AI model call consumes credits based on the model used. Low-tier models (GPT-3.5, Haiku) use fewer credits per call, while high-tier models (GPT-4, Opus) use more. You can see real-time credit usage in your dashboard.

Q: Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new tier's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Q: What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits. Once exceeded, agents will pause until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. You can also purchase credit packs for immediate top-ups.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans so you can evaluate the platform risk-free. After that, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Q: What's the difference between SaaS and Done-With-You?

The SaaS platform gives you full self-service access to build and manage agents. Done-With-You packages include hands-on setup and configuration by our team — perfect if you want to get up and running quickly without the learning curve.

Q: Can I use my own API keys?

Yes! On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM provider API keys. This lets you control costs and use your existing agreements.
