This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at ideople.com and use our AI agent automation platform (collectively, the "Service").

  • Connected integrations: Data retrieved by your AI agents from connected services (e.g., Slack messages, Gmail content, HubSpot contacts) as directed by your agent configurations

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the platform, including agent execution, workflow processing, and knowledge retrieval
  • Account management: To create and manage your account, process subscriptions, and handle billing
  • Communication: To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts), service updates, and security notifications
  • Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance
  • Analytics: To monitor platform usage, identify trends, and improve user experience
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • AI model providers: When your agents execute, prompts and context are sent to the LLM provider you've selected (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google, Mistral). Each provider's data handling is governed by their own terms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies
  • Infrastructure providers: We use cloud hosting services (AWS) to run our platform. Your data is stored on their infrastructure subject to our security configurations
  • Payment processors: Billing information is processed by PayPal. We do not have access to your full payment card details
  • Connected integrations: When your agents interact with third-party services you've authorized (e.g., sending a Slack message, creating a HubSpot contact), data flows to those services as directed by your configurations
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive data including integration credentials and API keys are encrypted using AES-256
  • Access controls: Role-based access controls within workspaces, with workspace-level data isolation
  • Authentication: Support for two-factor authentication (TOTP) and OAuth-based login
  • Infrastructure: Hosted on AWS with serverless architecture (Lambda/Bref), reducing attack surface

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days
  • Agent execution logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically purged
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then deleted
  • Knowledge base documents: Deleted when you remove them or when your account is closed
