Cloudflare for Startups gives bootstrapped startups $10,000 in credits and partner-funded startups $100,000 or $350,000, across Workers, R2, Workers AI and security.
What you get
- Tier 3: $10k credits, no minimum funding; community and developer docs
- Tier 2: $100k credits, an account manager (case-dependent), technical sessions
- Tier 1: $350k credits, an account manager, priority support, bi-weekly Solutions Architect office hours
- Caps: R2 up to $10,000; Workers AI up to $2,500 / $10,000 / $50,000 by tier; AI Gateway temporarily not covered
- Core security/networking included at no cost; three enterprise domains
Who qualifies
- Founded within the last 10 years; funded up to Series B
- Tier 3: bootstrapped/self-funded, under $1M raised. Tier 2: under $5M, funded by an affiliated partner. Tier 1: $5M+, funded by an affiliated partner
- Building a technology product; public website plus an active LinkedIn, X or GitHub
- First-time applicants; for-profit, with a business email on your domain

Good to know: Credits last one year with no extensions. R2 is capped at $10,000 and Workers AI at $2,500–$50,000 depending on tier; AI Gateway is not covered.
