What you get
- $500 one-time setup fee includes Delaware state fees, the company tax ID, equity issuance, 83(b) filing and the first year of registered agent
- $100/year registered agent after the first year
- $2,500 in Stripe product credits for the first year after incorporation
- Over $50,000 in partner discounts (e.g. Google, Xero, OpenAI)
- The $500 fee is refunded when you deposit $5,000 into a Stripe Treasury account

- Within about two business days you're incorporated
Good to know: The $500 setup fee is refunded when you deposit $5,000 into a Stripe Treasury account. The registered agent costs $100 a year after the first year. Stripe no longer waives processing fees on the first $20,000 through its own site.
