Troubleshooting FAQ
My agent isn't responding or execution failed
Check, in order:
- Is the agent enabled (toggle on the agent card)?
- Does your workspace have enough credits?
- Are the required integrations connected?
- Open Activities in the sidebar for error details.
I'm getting "insufficient credits" errors
Go to Settings → Credits to purchase more, or enable Auto Top-up to automatically refill when your balance is low.
My integration connection expired
Go to the agent's Integrations tab, disconnect the integration, and reconnect it. OAuth tokens expire periodically.
How do I use my agent's API?
Each agent has an API endpoint. Go to your agent's page and check the API section for the endpoint URL and authentication details.
Can I use my own API keys for LLMs?
Yes. Configure your API keys in Settings for OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers.
